• Design inspired by Beyonce’s curves, it minimises the effects of wind and oscillation whilst also bringing the essence of the performer to the city skyline with a powerfully dominating structure wrapped in a silver and blue hue glass coloured facade.
• Comprising of one and two bedroom types with a study room option for some available floor plans.
• All units come with exceptional quality finishes including timber floorings, stone bench tops and Miele appliances.
• An activated podium with ground floor retail and a design aesthetic worth the pavement gawking and photographic opportunities, shaping to be a new iconic skyscraper development in a growing city.
