PROJECT
• Redeveloping and Retaining the Iconic façade of the Melbourne Celtic Club. Consists of 48 level Residential Towers).
• It accommodates 227 residences with an “Urban Forest” – transforming a piece of the cityscape into a Private Sky Garden.
• The Architecture maximises views giving the majority of the residences a prized corner vista by limiting density of up to just Six Apartments per floor.
• Referencing Melbourne’s abundant Green Spaces, a Three Storey High Urban Forest is a Conservatory-like feature, set within the building.
• Paragon is home to Australia’s First Indoor Forest, ensuring time spent immersed in nature is easy.
• Indoor Forest: Unfurling across Three storeys, a carefully composed selection of Mature Trees, Leafy Canopies, Climbing Gardens and Grassy Spaces fill the space, acting as a Biological system to generate Oxygen and Encourage Plant Growth.
